Privacy at Erskineville Doctors We treat all health information in strictest confidence. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your informed consent. Patients have a right to access their personal health information in accordance with the Privacy Amendment Act 2002. We can provide you with a copy of our practice Privacy Policy. A transfer of your medical records to another practice will incur a reasonable administration fee to cover the cost of photocopies and registered post-delivery.

Preventing the spread of infection If you are concerned because your symptoms might indicate a potentially infectious disease, please let our reception staff know when you call. We may be able to see you at a time when then are fewer patients in the waiting room. There is alcohol hand-rub on our reception counter and disposable masks also available near our toilet facilities.


One of the services we offer at Erskineville Doctors is Antenatal Shared Care: CARE Dr Jenny, Dr Patti, Dr Cara & Dr Annabel can manage your pregnancy care in conjunction with RPAH or RHW. We will explain the process for shared care in consultation during early pregnancy.

New Patients

New patients will be booked for a 30 minute appointment. This will give our doctor time to discuss and document your medical history. Your doctor can also help arrange for transfer of your medical records from another practice.

To enable us to set up your medical record, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you wish, you can download the New Patient Form, fill out all relevant sections and give it to our receptionist upon your arrival along with your Medicare card. If you are unable to attend your booked appointment please call us to reschedule so that we can free up the appointment time for other patients.
