How to book an appointment

Book online

The easiest way to make an appointment is via our online booking system (AutoMed). Appointments can be made by clicking the Book Online button on the homepage or by downloading the AMS Connect app.

The online booking system displays availability in real time and allows you to book even when the practice is not open.

There are a variety of appointment types for you to choose from, including; Face to Face, Telehealth, Mental Health, Children’s Health & Immunisations, Women’s Health, Antenatal, Postnatal Care, Health Assessments, and Skin Checks.

When booking your appointment, please consider the following:

  • Do you have more than one issue to discuss? Will you need a long appointment?
  • Are you a close contact or have you had COVID within the last 14 days?

Call reception

For urgent, on the day issues, please call reception on 02 9557 2266.

Please note, reception staff may ask you some standard triage questions. Your answers, help us to ascertain the nature and urgency of your issue, and ensure we can provide you with the care required.

Reception staff can also assist, if you are unsure of what appointment type to book or if you need assistance in booking your child’s, Child Immunisation & Health Check.

For non-urgent enquiries, we ask that you call us after 9am and before 5pm.

Manage your appointments and your health using the AMS Connect app

The AMS Connect app mobile app allows you to book and manage, your families’ appointments, and request repeat scripts and referrals.

The AMS Connect app also hosts our Telehealth video consultations.
