
Dr Sorayya Cooper
Dr Sorayya Cooper graduated from the University of Sydney in 2017 and gained extensive experience in emergency medicine and paediatric care while working at Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney Children's Hospital Randwick, and various regional hospitals across NSW.
Sorayya specialises in preventative health, women’s health, LGBTQI+ health, sexual health, and paediatrics. She has completed the Sydney Child Health Program as well as the Family Planning Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health. She is also a s100 prescriber for HIV/Hepatitis B and is able to insert and remove both Implanons and IUDs, and provide medical terminations.
A passionate educator, she has previously served as a Registrar Medical Educator at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and is currently a medical school tutor at the University of Notre Dame and a clinical instructor at Family Planning NSW.
