
Dr Brodie Hookins
Dr. Brodie Hookins graduated from the University of Sydney Medical School in 2016 with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (Honours Class 1), following a Bachelor of Molecular Biology and Biological Chemistry from the University of Oslo, Norway. He achieved his specialist general practitioner fellowship in 2023 and holds certificates in women's health, Sydney Children's Health, and mental health training from the Black Dog Institute. He has also undertaken extra training in skin cancer medicine and surgical excision of skin cancers and is happy to be an affiliate with Sun Doctors.
Dr. Hookins offers a range of services encompassing: skin health (including cancer checks, skin cancer biopsy and excisions, and cosmetic procedures); men's health (addressing issues like hair loss, testosterone deficiency, and sexual health); women's health (including antenatal care, contraception, IUD insertion and removal, cervical screening, and menopause management); children's health (developmental checks, vaccinations, and common childhood ailments); aged care (cognitive assessments and chronic disease management); and pain management.
Outside of work, he enjoys music, photography, kayaking, film, and bushwalking.
Brodie is available for appointments at Erskineville Doctors alternating Wednesdays and Thursdays.
