Transferring your records

If you have significant records at another medical practice we can help arrange for transfer of your medical records to our practice. Your old practice can charge an administrative fee for this service. We are asking other practices to export patient files as an xml file and save it to a USB or burn to a CD. This means we can easily import your full medical record. Any practice that uses Best Practice or Medical Director software can do this. We can send them instructions if they do not know how.
