Dr Vanessa Moran has joined Erskineville Doctors

We would like to introduce Dr Vanessa Moran, the newest member of the Erskineville Doctors team! Vanessa has been a GP in the Innner West for over 10 years. Her medical interests include paediatrics, travel medicine, antenatal shared care and women’s health. You can see Vanessa on Tuesday afternoons. Her other role is as the Director of Education and Training for GP Synergy who looks after all GPs in training in NSW and the ACT.  

Appointments

Appointment Only Please call to make an appointment as consultations are by appointment only. Standard consultations are 15 minutes long. Please tell our receptionist if you require a longer appointment. Longer appointments are suggested if you have more than one issue to discuss. You will also need a longer appointment for childhood immunisations , for a mental health issue, if you need a Mental Health Care Plan to visit a psychologist, or to organise a care plan (including for allied health referrals). Home Visits

Home Visits Under normal circumstances we require you to come to our surgery. We provide home visits to our regular patients who cannot physically attend the surgery, due to disability or acute illness. Please discuss your needs with our reception staff or our Practice Nurse.  

After Hours Doctor

After Hours Doctor National Home Doctor Service will provide an  after-hours locum service for our patients, any time the practice is not open. Services

One of the services we offer at Erskineville Doctors is Antenatal Shared Care: CARE Dr Jenny, Dr Patti, Dr Cara & Dr Annabel can manage your pregnancy care in conjunction with RPAH or RHW. We will explain the process for shared care in consultation during early pregnancy.

New Patients

New patients will be booked for a 30 minute appointment. This will give our doctor time to discuss and document your medical history. Your doctor can also help arrange for transfer of your medical records from another practice.

To enable us to set up your medical record, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you wish, you can download the New Patient Form, fill out all relevant sections and give it to our receptionist upon your arrival along with your Medicare card. If you are unable to attend your booked appointment please call us to reschedule so that we can free up the appointment time for other patients.
